I planned to write a recipe book for cooking vegan food when fatigued. But, I was taking years/months getting it together without publishing anything. So, I decided to start sharing my recipes now and add to them over time. It’s a book in progress. And, it’s not just about recipes, it’s a guide to eating well when fatigued.
