The week that started 21st September 2020

Last couple of weeks I learned some helpful things about feelings. Specifically, that accepting my emotions makes it possible to release them. And that suppressing/avoiding them is what makes them stick around. It’s been interesting experiencing the truth of that as I practice letting myself feel the things I’m feeling, instead of running/hiding.

There’s a lot of difficult stuff going on at the moment. I feel so grateful for the people in my life that I love who love me.
