I ate too much sugar and gave myself a headache because I was feeling anxious.
But then I ate chips and drank non-alcoholic sparkling elderflower in a champagne flute, with a cooling pad on my forehead, whilst talking with friends, and that helped.
I have 2 big deadlines tomorrow, so even though this blog post is so random & so short, I’m just going to hit publish.
